Hello, I'm Natalie and daughter, Megan. We here at Happy Hounds love dogs and animals of all shapes and sizes. For many years we have house sat for dogs, horses, cats & chickens while owners have been on holiday, or we pop in to feed and/or let out in gardens if the owners are out for day.  

I own a rescue beagle and a Staffordshire bull terrier who are both very friendly and love to go for lovely long walks to run and play. We have always owned dogs and horses but we have also had rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, hamsters, reptiles and fish. So we are very pet friendly.

We are pet first aid trained and hold a DBS 2021. I have also completed a course on animal training and pet sitting. I am Fully insured and gold member of NARPS UK- feel free to look up my profile on this. 

Megan has achieved distinction in her animal management level 3- 2 year course and will be helping me on a few days as well as cover me for holiday or sickness.

We are mainly offering afternoon/ evening services, but if you are on holiday, away on weekends or in an emergency, we can pop in as many times as you need to care for your pet. So you can relax and not have to worry. It can be a regular basis, term times or just on occasions, we are very flexible! We are reliable, trustworthy and will walk whatever the weather, come rain or shine. Only exception for harsh weather conditions (For example, if its over 18 degrees we may have to discuss with you how we should proceed).

We also offer pop in service where we can come and let your dog out into the garden to go to the toilet and exercise. This can also include feeding and topping up water bowels/ bottles for your pets if required.
